Friendly & Prompt with his replies. Even though our inquiry was very last minute (just 2 days before the shoot date), Marcus still offered to have us view the place the next morning (just 1 day before the shoot). Viewing went well and Marcus also helped by suggesting a few spots in the neighbourhood that I may consider when I casually mentioned that we will be doing some shots outdoors.
